At times, everyone feels overwhelmed by stressors, life transitions, grief or anger. Change doesn’t happen in isolation, and we all need help at some point. Our approach is strongly grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Skills, and EMDR: addressing how our relationship with our thoughts and feelings can contribute to distress or ease in our lives. We align evidence-based research with individual goals to improve both emotional well-being and connections. It’s amazing and a privilege when clients report that a different perspective has greatly altered their lives for the better, especially in the midst of tremendous life stressors.
We provide in person and telehealth therapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Our clinicians specialize in helping both clients and their families with mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anger management, self harm, eating disorders, chronic pain and illness, stress management, communication skills, and family and relationship issues. We have clinicians that can accept insurance, offer self-pay and sliding-scale fees, and provide free therapy for qualified families.
