Rates & Insurance
Meltzer Counseling accepts the following payment options as well as some insurance plans. We also have sliding scale fees beginning at $40 for supervised Graduate students to $85 for Licensed Professional Counseling Associates. Most clinicians hold a few reduced fee appointments to accommodate clients in need.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
