• Brian Meggers, LCSW

    Valuing each person’s unique strengths and experiences, Brian joins with clients during life’s more difficult moments to remove barriers that keep them stuck in anxiety, trauma and relationship conflict. Brian welcomes each opportunity to spark the curiosity and creativity that nurture a passion for creating the life you envision. Brian completed a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of North Texas and a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
    Brian has experience working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of practice settings, including schools and community based mental health. He has advanced training in Psychodrama, as well as PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), which focus on improving the connection between mind and body, and deepening emotional security with others. Recently he has become interested in Non-Violent Communication, a way of releasing judgments while strengthening relationships. Brian is licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
