• Neil Breese, LPC

    Neil received his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M Commerce and his M.A. in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. During his graduate career, he learned about neuropsychology and gained clinical experience counseling clients at a private practice, both in-person and virtually. He worked for many years in the business community and then enjoyed a career in education teaching students from 5 to 13 years old. His life experiences, education, and clinical training have prepared him to walk side-by-side with his clients as they navigate through their unique life experiences.

    Having the foundational belief that humans have an immense capacity for growth and change Neil guides his clients through the challenges they encounter. He utilizes an integrated and direct approach to therapy that is grounded in the principles of Person Centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He believes every client is a unique individual and therefore a customized approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of his clients. With the upmost respect, compassion and empathy Neil welcomes the opportunity to join his clients on their journey through life. Neil works with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, adults, family systems, groups, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Neil is also a Family Tree provider and able to offer 10 free sessions for families with minor children in Dallas and Denton counties.
