Joseph was born in New York, but spent most of his adult life in Massachusetts before moving to Dallas. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University where he went on to receive a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree. He received his Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Cambridge College.

I believe in each person’s expertise in their own life and that each is empowered to make decisions that bring out their best self. The process of self-discovery takes time and patience. Having worked with diverse families and children, I value assessing authentic needs and looking deeper to discover a person’s potential for growth. I welcome individuals, children, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges including stress, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, and anxiety. I am also a Family Tree Provider, able to offer 10 free family sessions for families with minor children in Denton and Dallas counties.

I offer my clients a range of approaches to suit their individual needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. By working together, we can develop specific goals to improve relationships, using tools and techniques that bring people together. Often, the first step is the hardest. Whoever you are and wherever you are on life‘s journey, I will be your ally. I can be reached at [email protected].
